Among the many other services, our restaurant offers the opportunity of “being caught dough-handed” and creating your own pizza.
This experience, called “Pizza Making”, is intended for large groups and is particularly successful and satisfactory in professional contexts.
In cooperation with our activity, companies have the opportunity of organizing practical activities in order to stimulate and encourage both individual and team working skills, in other words, what are commonly referred to as “incentive groups”.
Pizza Making is conducted under the guidance of our pizza maker, national instructor of the Italian Pizzaioli Federation and fluent English speaker. After an initial theoretical presentation on the characteristics and processing of the dough, he will actively involve the participants, who will be asked to prepare and dress the pizza they like best with their own hands.
