The pizzeria La Napoletana was created with the goal of turning into reality the desire of tasting the true Neapolitan pizza, made followingp recisely the original recipe, even on Sicilian land Following the 15 years’ experience gained at Villa Zuccaro Pizzeria, we decided to wager on the tradition of the Neapolitan dough, combining it with a unique and evocative atmosphere, ideal for lunches and dinners, but also to celebrate all the most important occasions for you. La Napoletana is located in the heart of the historic centre, a few steps from Piazza Duomo and Piazza IX Aprile, from which you can easily walk to and visit the cultural attractions of the city, such as the Ancient Greek Theatre, the Palazzo Corvaja, the Duke of Cesarò Park and much more.
Our Neapolitan pizza respects its famous ancient tradition, to which we added a touch of uniqueness thanks to the ingredient selection, all of Sicilian origin. A soft dough, almost foldable, an elevated edge called “cornicione” and a strong cooking: these are the fundamental characteristics of our recipe. We have decided to offer you typical products also with regard to the menu of the starters and desserts, a perfect union of tradition and innovation.
